Sussex revisted

Walking  in the woods is a must while at Emerson College.

Ashdown Forest view

During the 3 years in Emerson college as a student, I did not get the chance to see the model steam train running in the meadow near Emerson College.

So I was delighted to see the train running, not once but a few times during our walk up Picton Hill.
The big oak tree is still there.

Another favourite walk - along the old railway track between East Grinstead and Hartfield.
David and I walked both directions from Forest Row, three mile each way.
More cyclists than walkers nowadays.

Enjoying the dapples on the path.
Seaford - a memorable place to revist after 7 years.
Seven Sisters is a must-see when revisiting Sussex. We spent a night at Eastbourne after finishing at Emerson College just to visit the Seven Sisters.

Peveney Bay, north of Eastbourne.
